CBD Medical Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

For defective items supplied from the manufacturer, you will be eligible for an exchange, refund, and coupon or voucher if the item(s) is returned within 3 days of the purchase date along with the e-payment confirmation.

(1). If you find the delivery item is defective, you can exchange, refund, coupon or voucher if the item is returned within 3 days of the purchase date.

(2). No refund or exchange will be offered if the item is no-defective and correctly delivered.

(3). Pricing errors – We try our best to mention the price on the website accurate and correct but errors may occur in some cases. We reserve the right to cancel your purchase any time in the case of a pricing error.

(4). You need to make an exchange request for correctly delivered and non-defective items within 3 days from the date of delivery and need to pay 25 AED for Dubai, 35 AED as delivery charge for other Emirates.

(5). the delivery outside the UAE will be charged AED minimum + Tax + Government Levy and additional charges will apply depending on the weight of the item.

(6). the packaging and accessories should be original in the return and return should be made within 3 days from the delivery.
