Our main priority is to provide a high-quality delivery service on the time for our customers. We have some shipping / Delivery policies as written below, you should read carefully:

(1). Delivery charges (valid for one order delivered to one address only) will be calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

(2). we will attempt to deliver your items on the date you specify. Our delivery partner will contact you on the day of delivery to ensure someone is available to receive your package.

(3). If our delivery partner is unable to deliver for any reason, our partner will contact you by telephone the following business day to arrange an alternative delivery date. You will be required to sign a delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

(4). we will contact you on the phone in the case of not successful delivery. We will ask you for another day.

(5). the orders within the UAE are delivered within 1-3 business days excluding public holidays and weekends. The orders to Saudi Arabia will be shipped in 4-7 business days excluding public holidays, weekends, or in rare cases customs delays.

(6). Delivery charges (only one address) will be computerized automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. We do our best to deliver your items on the date you want. Our delivery partner will contact you on the phone to make sure if someone is present day. If we could not deliver your products on time for any reason, our delivery partner will contact you to fix a day for delivery.
